Well, if you look at my old entries you will see that I was determined to lose a bit of weight and start afresh and as of this year I am at a healthy weight, living life and enjoying myself. The one thing i will say is that it hasn't been easy and I still have my issues but all in all life is much better.
Heres hoping it just keeps getting better and better!!!
